Truckers Strike Affects Cargo Movement

With just a few days to head for Deepavali, truckers went on a day token strike from Monday affecting the transportation of goods throughout the State. Nearly 3 lakh of the 4.5 lakh Lorries operated in Tamil Nadu stayed off the roads, consistent with lorry operators.
